Surfacing in January 2024 is the only known example of a whistle made by Hawkes and Co. It has a clear stamp for Provisional Protection No. 3728 filed for while at their Piccadilly, London location.

Conclusions
A monotypical round whistle with a compass incorporated into the top. The Hawkes & Co. whistle is made of nickel silver and is monotypical as of this posting, manufactured by a musical instrument company.
